Need Help with Pro E 5 License request failed for feature

All:

I need help here and i'm new to this program. I have 2 license here that cannot access their program. Everytime they launch they get the error:

License request failed for feature

Requesting PROE_FoundationAdv...

7788@License-proengineer: (-97) The desired vendor daemon is down.

They have it installed on laptops at home and it launches there fine. Any ideas? Thanks.

You say "they" have it installed on laptops at home. Is it a borrowed license that they are returning? If not, the licenses are at home: two laptops, two licenses. Two laptops and two desktops would be four licenses if you are not checking them in and out.

Dale...Sorry..I just did some digging and found out we do have 4 licenses the end users use 2 on the desktops here in the office, the other 2 on the laptops from home.
