i have an account already but i need a product code to install it onto my computer how do i get it?

Welcome to the forum, Tom.

It depends on what you purchased, but you typically get a license file from PTC. You can obtain this file by submitting the information they need. Typically, you need a sales order number and a CPU ID from your computer.

If this is an academic license, this might be different.
