No access to the license server - CREO CAD Program

Hello Team

 

The license server is down and how can i restart.  approx 7 person effected in my organization.

Please help

Hi,

login at license server and run ptcstatus.bat. Publish the output of this command.

What operating system is installed on license server?

Hi Martin,

Thank you for response. I have crossed check with DC cloud team and they informed there is no issue with license server.

unfortunately I do not understand the contents of creo1.png. I need to see output of ptcstatus.bat command launched on server.

Also ... can you ping server successfully ?
