Only one user out of hundreds can't access standard material directory
Only one usercan't access standard material directory
Using WF4.0 M162 and PDMlink 9.1 M030
User has been given different server access in the past to other facilities
Configuration is being directed to the defaultmaterials directoryi.e. W:\Proe64\text\materials\library.The company standard material directory isnoted in the config.supbelow.
Boot path and icon is the same as other users
It appears that the Windchill/ProE configuration isn't pointing to the correct config.sup file when booting; but only for one user.
The user took out the personal config.pro at the startup directory so path is not being changed but config.sup would overwrite it anyway.
UsersPro/E trail file is different than one with the correct path but doesn't leave much of a clue to the source of the problem.
