pcltool.exe error

We are running Creo 2.0 on Windows 10 without windchill. Users occasionaly have an error message for pcltool.exe pop when they try to save a file to their local drive. They can click "close program" on the error message but it just pops up again and they are stuck in an endless loop with their file not saved. Does anyone have any ideas on this one. I'm not sure what to try next.
