performance issue Creo 2 m030

Question

I have a few users that have an issue. The very first thing they due in creo where interaction of windchill is required they get the blue circle and it takes about 5-10 min for the system to respond. Once this is done there system seems to run just fine. We have run creo with a clean config.pro and sup. This did not seem to effect this at all. Also the user has to clean his cache about once a week or this wait circle happens a lot. We were seeing this problem with a lot more users when we had save and upload turned on in the config file. We have turned this off and it has fixed this for almost all users. Any ideas. I assume this would be a interaction issue with Creo 2 and Windchill.

What version of Windchill are you on? Are you using HTTPS

Are you using Internet Explorer v8/v9

We have had quite a few issues issues with Creo and Windchill with lock
ups, especially on check in, the check in works fine but Creo then hangs
with the blue doughnut (hmmmm doughnut)

We found a setting on the Windchill apache server that seemed to help a
lot, if the above is true
