Place a symbol on a title block line - catch line doesnt work

I want to place a symbol positioned on the upper line of my drawing title block, which is in a frame (A4,A3 ...)

But it seems Impossible to catch the upper line of this title block to snap with the position origin-point of the symbol.

Is there any solution to position this symbol exactly on my title blocks?

Have you used the snap to grid function? It is also possible to place a symbol in a cell of a drawing table.

Yes, it works with the grid but i have always to switch on the grid snapping before I can place a symbol to the frame - it's not a perfect solution.

Wenn I place the Symbol in the Frame-drawing then I can not customize this symbol later in the drawing - at least I found no way to do it.
