pm_is_portmapper_port_busy: bind failed, error = 10013

Any idea of the following error in the std.err file.

I believe because of this failure, the ProE is crashing.

WF version:WF3 M260.

std.err and std.out attached.

I don't find a ptcportmap.bat file in the proe_loadpoint\bin directory.

I had WF5 installed in my machine earlier and have removed it. I am not sure if the uninstall have removed this portmapper service of WF5 version from registry.

Can't find from where it is running this service..
