Question

Premature exit from drawing while creating annotations

I am using Creo Parametric Release 7.0 and Datecode7.0.5.0

I have a user who is being exited out of the system when working on creating annotations to a 2D print. Specifically trying to add annotations such as notes. Issue started today and has happened on multiple parts.

Did any video drivers or other updates occur on the system during the night?

Last system update was 7/13 and didn't appear to be any video drivers updates either.

Hi,

test no. 1.

Add graphics win32_gdi option at the end of config.pro and test problematic action, again.

test no. 2.

Test problematic action on different computer using the same drawing.

Did you manage to test the options suggested by Martin? If required you may try updating Creo to latest available build of Creo 7.0.
