Problem installing Creo 2.0

I am in the midst of installing Creo 2.0 and have gooten to the window in which I enter my given product code into the Simple License Entry product cod field. For some reason when I click in the field, I cannot get my cursor to flash there. Thus, I am unable to enter my product code to finish installation. Please HELP!
