Problem obtaining license for CREO Elements

Hello. I recently downloaded CREO Elements, following the steps provided by my instructor. Creo installed successfully. However, when I open the program, an error message appears:

It appears that the license failed to download. When I close the window, Creo closes along with it. How can I obtain the licence?

(My school is asociated with Creo and I have created an account with PTC as well.)

This doesn't look like Creo Elements Direct (aka CoCreate SolidDesigner)
