PTC Case Logger issue - Unable to create a case

Is anyone able to create a PTC Case?

My logger does not let me select ISSUE TYPE, which is required.

The PRODUCT options no longer include a generic Creo Parametric, only a "Connected" option.

This issue was fixed and I was able to create a case the next day.

Seems fine to me.  Just don't pick 'connected' on this first screen:

If for some reason you do, you can always 'return to start':

This issue was fixed and I was able to create a case the next day.
