PTC Creo 3.0 BLACK SCREEN

Hello,

 

I am using a 2013 Macbook Pro (Retina , 15-inch Early 2013) with VM WareFusion running Windows 10 64-bit edition. I installed the PTC Creo 3.0 Student Edition and when opening a new part I am getting a BLACK SCREEN in the work space. I did some googling and alot of people are saying to go to the Options> Config Editor> Search Graphics and change it to something else than what is currently selected. Unfortunately when I use the FIND function to search for GRAPHICS nothing shows up.

 

Here are some specs for my machine

 

Processor: 2.8 GHz Intel Core i7

Memory 16 GB DDR3

Graphics: NVIDIA GeForceGT 650M 1024MB

 

 

VMWARE Settings:

 

I've allocated "4 processors"

 

16348 Mb of memory

 

I do have assignments i need to finish so i am in a bit of a rush to have this resolved and it would be great if anyone with some experience can help me out! thank you!

I have same problem after update VMware tool 11.2.6.

Have you reported this to technical support?
