PTC Creo 3.0 is not responding

Hi,

I used to have install PTC CREO 3.0 student version in my computer. I uninstalled it to be replaced by a new commercial version, but now I cannot open the PTC creo 3.0 parametric. Windows shows me an alert where PTC Creo 3.0 from PTC is not responding as is shown in the attached image.

 

Note: others versions of PTC creo runs without problems.

Hi,

you bought Commercial license ... this means you can contact PTC Support and ask them to resolve the problem.

Unfortunatelly I do not have any advice for you 😞

You may try clearing the cache directory. It will be .wf available under %APPDATA%\Roaming\PTC\ProENGINEER\Wildfire
