PTC Creo simulate student version

Hello,

I want to do a FEM analysis for a school project. So i downloaded PTC Creo student version which contains PTC creo simulate. But when i open a part it says i still need to get the requiered creo simulate license. The laptop i use isn't connected to the internet.

Can some one tell me how i can get it working?
