PTC help center: IIS vs Apache

PTC installation instructions are saying that PTC Help Center needs to run Apache. I had problems installing it on Win 2012 server, so I enabled IIS and configured it to server PTC help. it seems to be working fine with Creo 3.0. So, my question is: are you running it with IIS? What are pros and cons?
