PTC Login User Name deleted every login. Displays windows login.

Hi all.  I know this has been covered before but nothing I've read has helped me.

 

Creo 9.0.4.0, Workgroup Manager 12.1.2.1, Windows 11

 

I login to either Creo or WGM and enter my credentials and select "remember me".

I check windows credentials manager and the password is in there but the username is blank so I fill in the username.

I login again to Creo or WGM and the password is correct but the username is my windows login.  (Domain/user)

I check windows credentials manager and the username is blank again

 

I've checked Chrome and Edge and there are no passwords saved.  I have to switch between Creo and WGM several times a day so this adds up to a significant amount of time!

 

Any advice?  Thanks in advace!

    We have about 10 users in this building and I am currently the only one who has to enter my username.  Mypassword is there and correct.  My username is filled in... just wrong.  Brad

    Have you tried CS391874 solution?

    NB:

    the username in the Generic Credential of Windows Credential Manager must be blank, it's ok, it's something like "security reason" from Microsoft I think
