ptc wildfire 4.0 help file

I have trouble with the help files

When i ckcik on the aid buttom a window is opening " file ://_tml/useascii/no_help.htm can not be found Check path or web adress"

On system information , i see that no path is registred for PRO/HELP

Can someone knows where to solve thos problem ?
