Qualitätsagent kann nicht ausgeführt werden

Hallo zusammen,

wollte mich hier erkundigen ob jemand weiß woran das liegen könnte das der Qualitätsagent nicht ausgeführt werden kann.

Dadurch kann Creo 3.0 nicht starten.

Es zeigt mir an Fehler 0x06000012.
