questions about adding a new user

I am using Creo Parametric Release 4.0 and DatecodeF000

Good Afternoon

We were having issues adding a new user to have access to the windchill server with creo parametric. Do users need to be added to to the application or is there a way to add the users based off their domain account. Or do we add it to the windchill website?

I am guessing that you are on Windchill 11.0 and not 11.1, so there is no licensing with Windchill.

Users need to be added to the Windchill DS database by a Windchill admin using the System Utilities, Participant administration.
