release license

Hi there,

I sistematically have same problem of licensing about a floating license taken alternativatelly by 2 computers.

I lost internet connection after that getting on both pcs a message telling me that licensed number of users already reached even I haven't any computers yet using Creo 3.0

How can I release license?.
