Hi,

if nut.prt.4 is last file saved and you want to use nut.prt.1 in your assembly,

then:

  • erase your assembly from session
  • in Windows Explorer make a copy of nut.prt.1 and give it name nut.prt.5
  • open your assembly

Hello Bogdan,

When you open a file you ask to see all versions

saved in the menu bar and you should see the. prt.1,. prt.2,...

Kind regards.

All good ideas, here's the simple method I use.

  1. Start Creo fresh, with no models in session.
  2. Select file  > open and select your nut.prt but do not select open.
  3. Manually add .1 to the file name field so it says nut.prt.1
  4. Select open and you will have part nut.prt.1 open
  5. Hit file > save and Creo will make it the most current version, in this case nut.prt.5,

You can do the same thing if you wanted to go back to any version that exists on disk.

Hello bogdan ,

you can try this way also .close the window and erase in session , then go back to the Folder were you saved assembly and part . Then delete Creo version file

nut.prt2 ,nut.prt3 and nut.prt4 ,Later when you open the assembly automatically it will take the left out version of nut.prt1 ie .1 in from the saved folder.
