Restricted Value Parameters with Units

Anyone have an example of a restricted values file with units?  I have tried formatting my file using the <quantity type> and <units> as shown in https://support.ptc.com/help/archive/creo40/creo_pma/usascii/index.html#page/fundamentals%2Ffundamentals%2Ffund_seven_sub%2FSyntax_for_Creating_a_Restriction_Defi_File.html%23.  I'm still on Creo 2, so maybe it is not supported.
