Running a trail file

So I have a user that did a bunch of work and never hit save. Now we need to run the trail file but cannot figure out how. It keeps on giving us the error "Version numbers not allowed here." We are tied to Windchill and are on CREO 2. Anyone have a clue as to how I'm supposed to get this thing to run? It is about 4 mb in size.

I miss the old days of when trail files were easy to run and recover your work, even if you had a few saves in the trail file, it was easy to edit and figure out. Now forget about it.

Yes the user should have known better, but I have to go with what I'm dealt with.

So we figured it out. There was a ".#" at the end that was hidden becuase we had hide known extensions turned off. Once we turned them on and deleted it, the trail file started running. Now we just have to deal with the line out of sequences. Started on 12454 of 60000+ lines.
