Running CAD Workers as an administrator on Windows Server 2012 R2

We have been attempting to set up CAD Workers on a virtual server with Server 2012 R2 OS. The problem is the OS requires the Creo and Worker and helper and monitor etc. to be "Run as an Administrator". I am looking for a wan to disable this or a global setting to allow the required probrams to run without the constant granting of permissions.

PTC tech support doesn't seem to have a resolution.

Any ideas?
