    Hi,

startup problems are usually related to:

    1.] graphic card drivers

    -OR-

    2.] virtual network cards

    ---

    Case 1.]

Open CREO3_LOADPOINT\Creo 3.0\Mxxx\Common Files\text\config.pro file in Wordpad and add following option at the end of the file:

    graphics  win32_gdi

    Then try launching Creo.

    ---

    Case 2.]

Goto C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory. This directory is used as location for saving license file. Upload licence files to your reply - I will check the contents of them.

Open DOS prompt window and run following command:

    ipconfig /all > ip.txt

Upload ip.txt file to your reply - I will check the contents of it.

Also upload CREO3_LOADPOINT\Creo 3.0\Mxxx\Parametric\bin\parametric.pf file - I will check the contents of it.

What builds are you trying to run on Windows 10?

    Student or Production versions?

    Does the software install?

Are you connected to a PDM system?

What happens when you try to start them?
