Running WF2/Ilink3.4 on a License file for Creo3.0

I have a location that has 14 seats of Pro/E, on Maintenance. It came to them when a plant was closed, and they took on that plats product. They have one guy running WF2.0-Ilink3.4 limping along maintaining the product, while they are considering redesigning, either in Solidworks or Creo. Either way I want to make use of the other 13 seats, and get the new license file installed their. if I set up a new license file that would work with creo software, would that individual still be able to pull WF2 - ilink3.4 license from it as well?
