Question

Sales Order Number

Where I will find my sales order number for creo 10.0?

If this is a new purchase, it is in the email sent by PTC.

If you have certain rights on PTC.com, you can find it in a detailed license report for your company?

What do you need it for?

Check for an email from ESD_PRD@ptc.com notifying you of the license subscription being activated. It contains the following information:

Customer #

Service Contract #

Sales Order #
