Security Alert Message on Creo 4.0

Whenever I start Creo 4.0, this error message pops up. I reinstalled Creo several times, and it doesn't go away. I have the student version.

This looks like a message produced by the internal browser about a default website. It isn't a problem with Creo, so reinstalling won't work to fix it.

 

What message pops up when you select "View Certificate"?

As @dschenken mentioned this is related to browser. Found a post from Microsoft Community, this may help. Better involve IT to correct this
