Server manager - nothing happens

Hi!

I have a client with Creo 2.0 M220 tryinbg to connect to Windchill Server 10.2 M010. Windows 10. We copy creo to all our clients - no local installation.

 

open Servermanager -> add the URL -> check... -> nothing happens.

 

But the Workspace cache is created afterwards.

If I logon with another Windows user I can connect without a problem.

  • Tried to delete %appdata%\...PTC...
  • Reinstalled platform agent
  • Any more ideas?

is the browser inside creo running at all? can you navigate to the windchill system inside the browser?

try switching to mozilla based browser in the embedded browser to avoid IE

 

force different location for cache using PTC_WF_ROOT env variable 

 

weird one for sure personally would put my user into ptc tech support directly on this

hm yes, we have switched to mozilla based browser some years ago.

I think we'll delete the user profile. Have no more idea.
