Server registration

I am using Creo Parametric Release 4.0 and DatecodeM100

Hello, I recently renewed and updated two my licenses. I used the reconfigure tool and that seemed to work license check mark appeared and license said available. I closed and launched Creo, I had to re-register my server the old one was gone from before the license reconfigure. I put in the same server location and I get the error: server location is incorrect. I still have other users that are signed in using untouched licenses and there server location works works fine. and they can see all the folders etc.
