Showing annotations in a drawing

I'm in WF5.0. When I want to show dimensions in drawing mode, I go to the Annotations Tab and click on a view, then "Show Model Annotations": it obviously shows every annotation in that view, but they are all checked by default. I have to uncheck everything, then select the ones I want to keep. I always thought this was counterintuititve, but just the way ProE does it.... but we have recently started a new guy here, and I noticed that when he does the same thing on his system, the boxes are unchecked by default.

There must be a .dtl or a config.pro setting that unchecks them by default. Does anyone know what that is?

...and they fixed this in Creo 2.0. It has a check all and uncheck all button.
