Software crash in Pro-e 5.0

Hi, There is a serious problem In the drafting mode when u click show axes and click scroll button Pro-e closes down instantly Please i want to know the solution

I believe it would be best if you would contact the online PTC support. just send them the trail.txt file which is connected to the crashing of the software. You can find the trail.txt file in the proetrail folder.

Welcome to Pro/E... 😕 Once in a while, Pro/E does this for no particular reason (not particularly with showing axes - it could be anything that causes the 'instant exit'). Things you can try: - Reboot your computer. It's an IT cliché, but it often works. - Try the same thing in a different drawing. - Try changing something else in your drawing first. - If it keeps doing it in the same drawing, get a colleague to open the drawing on their computer, change something and save it again. HTH.
