SUMMARY - Pro/E very slow to start with Juniper SSL VPN

Thanks to everyone for the help. The winner was Walt Weiss who
suggested network upload might be the problem - I was using a wireless
network for testing with extremely variable upload speeds to test coming
into our network from the outside. Once I took my computer home and
tried it with a decent connection, everything worked great.
Other suggestions included adding the license server to the hosts file
and making sure that Pro/E wasn't attempting to access any blocked web
pages in the embedded browser.
