support for mechanism dynamics??

Im new with mechanism dynamics (MDO in WF5).

It strikes me there is hardly any online help or tutorials to be found.

I've bought the mechanism trainingbook written by Kuang-Hua Chang, which I found too academic and not very practical.

Perhaps it has to do with that a license cost a huge amount of money (so not many users), but I would expect PTC to at least have some online training for the additional features that Mechanism Dynamics offers.. Any suggestions?

Also does anyone if its possible to abort a simulation run, if for some reason it takes too long, I now I just have to terminate xtop.exe..

If there has some issues with connection definitations then probably it can take too much time so that you have to stop it. I would suggest you to follow a book for synthesis and analysis of mechanism and create all the mechanisms in proe and match the results. You can start simulating from simple mechanism to complex, it would surely help you a lot.
