I don’t know if anyone in the support portal watches this space, but…
1) The link to PTC community is still to the old site. Still pointing to “https://www.ptcusercommunity.com/” See figure below.
2) I think you might be able to claim free credit to close out CS415853 with the work done to close out CS457962.
