The three planes at the starting just won't load

It looks like it may be a graphics issue based on your picture. Do you have a supported hardware configuration on this machine (graphics card)?

Do you have the datums set to be visible? The datum planes are visible in the tree, so they are likely defined in the model. Are you able to select them in the model tree or with the search tool? If you can select the planes, then it is most likely a display problem.

1.] open config.pro in Notepad and add following line at the end of the file

graphics win32_gdi

config.pro is located in <CREO_installation_directory>\Creo x.x.x.x\Common Files\text directory

2.] start Creo

If this action resolves your problem then the root of the problem are graphic card drivers.

Remove line added in step 1.] from config.pro and install different graphic card drivers.
