Question

The user has to wait at least 20 minutes to open the ASM file of the fixture to complete the opening

I am using Creo Parametric 2.0 M250

Situation: In a closed network, the firewall has open ports Server Manager Port: 7788 and Vendor Daemon Port: 7789.


Question: The user has to wait at least 20 minutes for the ASM file of the fixture to be opened, so please help how to deal with it or possible solutions, thank you.
