Trial - "You have reached the maximum number of licenses available for your product type"

I am trying the download the trial of Creo Parametric.

I have downloaded the PTC Installation Assistant and setup up a trial account.

When I attempt to login I get the message "You have reached the maximum number of licenses available for your product type". After that there are no Applications listed.

Anyone have any ideas what I am doing wrong.
