Trobles with Creo Anays after upgrading of Windows

I have had running Windows 10 and Creo 11.0.3.0.

After I have upgrading Windows to 11, Ansys in Creo will not start. Creo stops with a fatal error.

If I start Creo as an administrator, if runs with out problems.

Does any of you know the problem, and that is it I shall have rights to?

Afterwards have there been coming a Windows update. It have solved the problem.

maybe traditional trick will help ... uninstall/install Creo.

It works if I have a PC with Windows 11 installed from clean.
