Trouble, while doing motion Analysis in creo parametric 2.0

Hi, When i clicked the motion analysis option in creo parametric 2.0, it notifies that "The option Behavioral_Modeler has not been acquired" and can't able to perform motion analysis. could anyone pls help me....?

Hi Sivamani,

If you don't have the Behavioral Modeling license, you will need to order it from License Management.  If you do have it, you may need to go through ptcsetup to move the licenses around, so you can access it.

Also, go to File > Options > Licensing > Refresh License List and see if the license is listed there.

    Thanks a lot, after clicking "Refresh licence list" none of license is listed, it seems due to lack of license...

    Hi Sivamani,

    You may need to run through ptcsetup and reconfigure your licenses.  But if you don't have it, then please contact License Management (877-275-4782).
