Turn off ALL Conflict notices

The ProE confilct notices drive me nuts all day and do nothing but slow me down.
Is there a command line for a config or sup file I can put in somewhere to turn off ALL conflict messages?

These particularly annoy me because they show up about 10,000 times a day.
