I am using Creo Parametric Release 4.0 and DatecodeM020

Need assistance with a technician not instructions sent to assist to upgrade to the latest build.

What help do you need?

Is something not installing properly?

What release/build/version are you trying to upgrade to?

Do you use a PLM system (Windchill/TeamCenter, etc.) with Creo?

Get ahold of your VAR (Value Added Reseller) from whom the software is purchased.

They should be able to provide you with assistance.
