Upgrading 130 profiles from Creo 4 to 5

I am reaching out to see what is the most efficient way to upgrade 130 profiles from Creo 4 to 5. We are currently using VRD clients with 3-4 user profiles on each. Is there any script that can be ran that will upgrade all 130 profiles? Currently we have to manually upgrade each profile 1 at a time which is time consuming.
