How to stop the opening of welcome window in Creo 3.0?

Welcome window is opening in each start up of Creo 3.0.

Kindly provide the solution.

At the bottom of that window you have a checkbox with option to put welcome screen into a built-in browser. When you check it, welcome window will load as one of the browser tabs instead of popup window.
