what's wrong when you can not zumma out and zumma in with the mouse?

Since yesterday, I can not use the zoom out or zoom in with my mouse.

I bought a new mouse and it did not help.

has anyone any suggestions on this.

It's Creo 2 I drive.

I will be grateful if you could help me.

Did you just upgrade to windows 10?

If not, make sure your mouse settings for your wheel is set to scroll/middle mouse
