When user is saving the file to .stp or .iges, its time consuming.

I am using Creo Parametric Release 8.0 and Datecode8.0.4.0

Hi Team,
When user is saving the file to .stp or .iges, its time consuming or no response fro Creo parametric.
It takes more time than the other user, sometime no response.
