why can i not open a solidworks part? i thought i didnt need an additional license to open non creo parts.

help.  thanks.

You need Creo Parametric 3.0 M020+.  https://support.ptc.com/appserver/cs/view/solution.jsp?n=CS181710

For SW 2016, you'll need Creo Parametric 3.0 M100+.  https://support.ptc.com/appserver/cs/view/solution.jsp?n=CS229795

Creo Parametric 3.0 M100 is not available until 22-June-2016.
