Why cannot assembly parameters be created directly on the drawing template file?

I am using Creo Parametric Release 9.0 and Datecode9.0.2.0

When I create an assembly parameter table on a drawing file, such as BOM, there is no & displayed before the parameters, and the table does not respond after importing the assembly. Assembly parameters only take effect when I create an assembly parameter table on the format file and create a drawing file using that format template. I would like to know how to directly create assembly parameters on the drawing file. Thank you.

    Hi,

in drawing mode & before the parameters is not displayed. Creo works this way.

I created test data and recorded video. Download it and use it.

I imported a BOM table with defined parameters into the drawing file as a template, and then created a new assembly containing two parts, but the result did not display any information

I imported the BOM table with defined parameters into the format file as a template, and then created a new assembly containing two parts, displaying all the information

In the drawing file, there is no&before the parameters in the BOM table, but there is in the format file. I don't know why this is happening
