Why is Creo 2.0 M010 slow in asking a 2nd. window?

Hello all,

Please somebody can explain or help me why Creo 2.0 is slow in showing a 2nd window?

2nd. windows pops up in +/- 15 sec. A 3rd, 4th... same situation.

My pc is running smooth and fast on other applications as IE, Office,...

    What are your graphics quality setting set to? A lot of slow reaction times are a result of GPU cycles. Textures, line smoothing, shade quality... Reduce these and see if this helps.

    What are your computer specs, specifically graphics card & driver?

    The non-CAD graphcis cards typically fall short when you are openign multiple windows, although I've seen problems only when getting 4-5 or more.

    Intel Core i7 cpu 980 @ 3.33GHz 3.33GHz - RAM 16 GB - 64 BIT

    Nvidia Quadro 2000

    Processor usage close to 0%

    ha ha ha ha.....with that configuration i don't think its a computer issue.....

    please log a support case to PTC technical support.....
